There is a fee for each event you sign your swimmer up to participate in

State & divisional meets DO require minimum time standards in each event
Feel free to add notes for the coaches when signing up
Meets are NOT required but are HIGHLY ENCOURAGED! This is an opportunity to see you swimmer instituting what they are learning while visualizing their improvements in both stroke progress and efficiency.
ALL club swimmers are expected to attend our home meets. As an inclusive club, cheering one another on and celebrating our progress together is KEY to our success!
How can we get involved?
The TWSC is run by a parent board of volunteers
The program could NOT run without volunteers!
USA Swimming clubs are successful and continue to foster optimal club results because of their volunteers!
There are multiple opportunities for you to use your talents to support the swimmers, our mission of inclusivity, and our club’s growth!
Committees include:
Sponsorship/Fundraising: seek sponsorships and fundraise for club equipment, hardship sponsorships, etc.
Club/Outreach Promotion: spreading the word about our club, programs, etc.
Lessons: Promotional think tank for our lessons programs
Meet Planning: coordination of home meets the club hosts
Club Gear: coordination of club gear such as t-shirts, hats, fun apparel, stickers, etc. displaying our logo
Official’s Clinic
In order to HOST a meet and, to ASSIST with away meets that our club attends, USA Swimming officials are needed!
Participation as an official is a GREAT way to be more deeply involved in your swimmer’s sport as it allows you to learn and grow beside them
Officials do NOT pay admission to meets (bonus!)
Officials are fed during the meets (I mean, who doesn’t love a free meal?)
TWSC will reimburse fees incurred when you pay to become and when you pay to renew as an official affiliated with our club
PLEASE CONSIDER SHARING YOUR TALENTS ON ONE OF THESE COMMITTEES OR AS AN OFFICIAL!
