Welcome to the Warriors Swim Club Electronic Registration process for the upcoming 2022-2023 Fall/Winter Short Course Season! We are pleased to offer electronic payment processing and registration. The process is simple. Upon completion, you'll get access to your own private account that will enable you to easily declare for swim meets, sign-up for jobs, see your children's swim times histories, maintain your own contact information, and more.

Providing Proof of Age

All new swimmers must provide proof of age by submitting a copy of their birth certificate. 

• Birth Certificates can be submitted by scanning a copy and emailing or taking a high resolution photo and emailing to [email protected]
• If you do not wish to submit electronically, a paper copy of your child's birth certificate may be brought in to the pool and submitted by hand. 

Agreements:

• Agreement 1 is the 2021 Medical Release
• Agreement 2 is the 2021 Liability Waiver
• Agreement 3 is the Media Release Form

Fees:

The following fees are collected during the registration process:

1. Team Swim Cap (Optional, $10)
2. Minimum First month's installment of training fees (Dependent Upon Group)
   • Orange ($70/Month)
   • Blue ($75/Month)
   • White ($85/Month)
   • White HP ($95/Month)
   • Senior ($100/Month)
   • Senior Classic ($80/Month)
