Divisionals – WTSC is excited to be back in the familiar role of hosting events and is looking forward to next weekend’s ISI Divisionals (March 5-7 @ North Central HS). We are grateful to the Washington Township Schools administration for the opportunity to host this event, something that our club does very well. Job signups for Divisionals are live on the event page on our website. Worker requirements were sent to all WTSC families last week. If you have not yet filled your shifts please visit the job signup to pick from the available openings. Entries are being finalized by the coaches. If you have questions about the “wet side” of this meet, please speak with your group coach. If you have questions about worker requirements, please speak with WTSC Business Manager Jennifer Buddenbaum.


LST Recap – In our last tune up before the official start of the Championship Season, WTSC swimmers turned in several outstanding performances at the LST Day of Power. An updated Honor Roll is posted on the club website, but the following swimmers earned special shout outs for their efforts. Congratulations to Kayley Spicer who picked up two new Age Group State cuts in the 50 Freestyle and 50 Butterfly. Carlise Leppert (100 Freestyle; 100 Backstroke) and Grady Mosby (100 Freestyle; 50 Backstroke) added events to their Divisional lists with two new cuts each. And Corbin Christoffel (50 Freestyle; 50 Breaststroke), Kellen Ford (100 Backstroke), Sebastian Granados (50 & 100 Breaststroke), Carlise Leppert (100 Freestyle; 100 Backstroke), Michael Leppert (25 Butterfly), Grady Mosby (50 Backstroke; 50 Butterfly) and Kayley Spicer (50 Freestyle; 50 Butterfly; 50 Breaststroke) picked up first place finishes in their respective events. Congratulations – The WTSC Senior boys got their high school Championship Season started in style last weekend at the IHSAA Sectional meets. Our Senior girls had several breakthroughs this high school season and the boys kept the fast swimming going. Carsyn Christoffel and Colin Parker made their first career USA Swimming Futures cuts in the 50 Freestyle. Chance Buckles (100 Backstroke) and Jack Steadham (50 Freestyle) made their first career Speedo Sectional and Senior State cuts in their respective events. And Michael Goetz (100 Breaststroke) and Brooks Hillenbrand (200 Freestyle) made the first Senior State cuts of their careers in their respective events. Congratulations to all WTSC Senior boys on their Sectional swims and good luck to those in action at the IHSAA State Finals this weekend.


March Schedule – The March practice schedule is now available on the “Practice Schedule” tab of the club website. All times and dates are subject to change and the use of any facility is dictated by current public health conditions. Any changes to the schedule will be communicated ASAP. Please follow the posted schedule closely.

Kroger Rewards Program – Thank you to our WTSC families who have participated in the Kroger Community Rewards program and if you have yet to sign up, please consider doing so. It is as simple as can be: Buy groceries and help support our team. To use the program, visit and login into your Kroger account or setup a new one. Once logged in, search for WT SWIM CLUB or the code CN087 and click “Enroll.” New users will need to create an account which includes some basic personal information, a valid email address and a rewards card. Customers must have a valid rewards card to link to the program, which can be picked up at the customer service counter at any Kroger. A valid rewards card must be swiped, or phone number associated with the Kroger account must be used for purchases to count towards the Kroger Community Rewards Program.
