Welcome to the Washington Township Swim Club online registration platform for our upcoming 2023 Summer swim season! We are pleased to offer online registration and payment processing. The registration process is simple for new and returning members. You'll get access to your own private account that will enable you easily declare attendance for swim meets, volunteer for swim meets, see your swimmer's times histories, maintain your own contact information, and more.

• We are only offering the Monthly Payment plan for the upcoming Summer season (click here to see fees schedule).  Please note that although you are paying monthly, you are still committing to the entire Summer membership, with the exception of the Bronze roster group.  You can terminate your membership only if due to extenuating circumstances and with Board of Directors approval.  
  • Your card will be charged the $50 registration fee per swimmer at the end of the registration process.  
  • During the registration process only online line payments made via credit card or ACH will be accepted.  If you do not see a total owed at the end of the registration process, you failed to select your swimmer's training group.
  • ****NEW INFO****** USA Swimming is working on a new platform so you will be sent a link to register you swimmer with USA Swimming directly.  You will have 30 days after registration to complete your USA membership you the swimmer will not be able to compete.

NEW MEMBERS:  Since September 1, 2010, all 18 & younger swimmers must submit a COPY of their birth certificate to their club registrar.  Swimmers who do not submit a copy of birth certificate and subsequently swim in meets will be assessed a $100 per meet fine for non-compliance/confirmation of age.  Once IN Swimming has denoted the swimmer's membership with date of birth confirmation, the swimmer will not have to re-submit annually.

  • Those members choosing to pay via credit card will be assessed a .30 + 2.95% processing fee per transaction.
  • Those members choosing to pay via ACH will be assessed a $1.25 processing fee per transaction.
  • NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED!
  • Checks will only be accepted if a written (email) request is submitted to the Board and the Board approves this request.  If approved, there will be a $5.00 fee for every check transaction. 
  • If an account is more than one month past due, any swimmer(s) cannot practice until the account balance is paid in full.  Any extenuating financial circumstances can be brought to the attention of the Business Manager, which will be addressed with the WTSC Board Executive Committee for alternative payment consideration.
  • Any account one month past due by $250/single swimmer or $500/multiple swimmers will not be eligible to sign-up for swim meets to include WTSC hosted meets and/or Indiana Swimming Championship meets until the account is balance is paid in full.  Any extenuating circumstances can be brought to the attention of the Business Manager, which will be addressed with the WTSC Board Executive Committee for swim meet participation consideration.
