Parking Lot Safety

We encourage parents to park and walk their young swimmers to the door as another way to keep the athletes safe. The parking lot has a great deal of activity that is not under the control of the swim team. Be aware of other cars that are picking up and dropping off for other events at the high school. School officials recommend we enter the lot from Mulberry Street (vs Hal Sharpe) during busy times and then park in the lot across from the pool. There are typically cones placed at either end of the lane between the lot and the pool. When they get moved, cars drive through, back up, etc. and parents and swimmers can be caught off guard. At the present time there is some construction work being done in the area, so cones may be getting moved by the school or contractors at the cafeteria end. We could use all eyes to spot check to make sure the cones are in place. Please replace them as needed. Thank you for helping with the safety of all students, athletes, and families that utilize the high school for extra-curricular events.

Kroger and Amazon Smile Donations to ZSC

  • Consider choosing Zionsville Swim Club as the recipient for these common shopping “give back” programs:
    • Kroger : After choosing ZSC (MY050) for your rewards, just shop and swipe your Kroger Card (or key in your phone number at checkout
      • Don’t worry, you don't sacrifice any in-store discounts or gas points you earn on your Kroger card; the charitable component is a separate, extra feature.
    • Amazon Smile: After choosing ZSC for your rewards, just shop at Amazon through  smile.Amazon.com instead of just Amazon.com
      • AmazonSmile is a website operated by Amazon with the same products, prices, and shopping features as Amazon.com. The difference is that when you shop on AmazonSmile, the AmazonSmile Foundation will donate 0.5% of the purchase price of eligible products to the charitable organization of your choice (AKA Zionsville Swim Club Inc). There is also an AmazonSmile app if you prefer to do your shopping that way.
