Senior Maintenance - for age group: 14-18
The senior maintenance group is in place to serve high school athletes who may not wish to participate in all practices but would still like to be able to maintain their physical fitness prior to and after the IHSAA season. Athletes in the senior maintenance group are focused on aerobic, anaerobic and strength training, technical excellence, mental preparation and nutritional guidelines. Swimmers will be eligible to attend 5 practice sessions per week without committing to competitive swimming. This is a great way to stay in shape even when not competing.
