2023 Spring Banquet Recap Video & Athlete Awards List

Boilermaker Aquatics hosted its first Spring Banquet in four years on Thursday, April 6, 2022. Due to ongoing effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, we had not been able to host this event since April 2019, and we had a LOT of celebrate!

More than 220 members of community, including athletes, parents, siblings and board members, joined us at River City Community Center to share a meal, celebrate the end of the 2022-23 Short Course Season and recognize our club's successes and achievements since April 2019.

A few of the things we celebrated were:

• Thanked our board members, community facility managers, BA parents, officials, and volunteer leaders for their tireless work to support our club operations.
• Recapped four years of BA growth and improvement through championship qualifications and improvements in our overall program. 
• Recognized athletes who achieved an IMX Score during the past 12 months (LCM 2022 or SCY 2022-23 seasons)
• Recognized the fastest kickers in each roster group
• Recognized the athletes responsible for breaking 56 individual club records and 44 relay records since April 2019.

Many of our athletes earned awards at the banquet, and there are still many awards that need to be picked up!  Whether or not your athlete was in attendance at the banquet, please review our Awards by Athlete list. We had 232 records certificates on the state that evening, it is very likely that athletes may have received duplicate relay certificates or did not receive relay certificates. Please help us ensure that each athlete gets the certificates they have earned by verifying your awards.

If your athlete was not at the banquet, please:

1. Review the list above to determine whether or not your athlete received an award
2. If they did, reach out to Coach Chad Dillon to arrange pick up for your awards.
3. If your athlete has a records certificate, watch the video below or check the online record board to determine if the record is the current record. Frames are available for all current records.

If your athlete was at the banquet, please:

1. Review the list of awards available to your athlete for pickup.
2. Check the awards you brought home against the list provided, looking for any missing or duplicate certificates in your possession (especially relay certificates).
3. If your athlete has a records certificate, watch the video below or check the online record board to determine if the record is the current record. Frames are available for all current records.
