The last stop on the Barrington Swim Club Fall Winter Championship Tour kicked off Thursday evening at Age Group Champs at FMC in Westmont and Central Zone Sectionals at Pleasant Prairie. At Sectionals BSC Teammates Liv Dorshorst, Jenna Kerr, and Emily Bucaro played their greatest hits from last week's Senior Champs and went 1-2-3 in the 800 Free. BSC swimmers continued to have great swims at the Arena Mid-Season Showdown at Waukesha.  Jackson Curttright had an impressive 4 in a half second drop in the 100 Butterfly.  Matt Bucaro also went a best time in the 50 Free posting a 33.40.  Congratulations to Tim Sardak who got an age group state cut in the 100 Back by dropping nearly 4 seconds!   During evening finals, BSC swimmers showed up for some fast racing.  78% of finals races were improvements from the Prelim swims amazing!  Luke Bucaro started the evening...

This past weekend BSC opened the 2014-2015 Meet Season with a trip to the HPAC Fall Kickoff meet in Highland Park. BSC had a solid meet for our first meet of the season. I am proud to announce that long time Illinois Swimming Coach Jamie Klotz will be joining the BSC staff this season. Coach Jamie has been coaching in the area for over 20years.
