Rise & Shine Meet Recap

Congrats to all of the CWAC swimmers that participated in the Rise & Shine Challenge last weekend.  It was a great chance to do some racing ouf of the holiday break and a chance for many to get some relay experience.  Congrats to Ethan Chen, Ellery Ekdahl, Harper Rauch and Chris Yang who all picked up new regional times at the meet.  Click here for meet results.
