FAST Athletes are Outstanding at the CE Age Group Divisional and Central Zone Championships!

Your FAST athletes showed up to race this past weekend both in Indiana and in North Dakota. At the CE Indiana Summer Divisional Championship in Franklin, Indiana, 44 FAST athletes hit the water. At the Central Zone 14 & Under Championship in Fargo, North Dakota, 9 FAST athletes raced for Team Indiana.

The CE Indiana Summer Divisional Championships took place at Franklin Community High School on August 4-5, 2019! Ready to hit the water from the first heat, your FAST athletes raced hard, fought for every second, and came together as a team! It was an amazing weekend of swimming for everyone involved. The work your athletes have put into the water this season was certainly evident as a staggering number of lifetime best swims were earned.

How amazing was the meet? When the last race ended, your FAST Tigers tallied a whopping 179 new lifetime best swims! The Central Zone 14 & Under Championship took place at Hulbert Aquatic Center in Fargo, North Dakota on August 1-4, 2019! Congratulations to Dan Bennett, Jude Bragdon, Addison Carlile, Connor Carlile, Claire Francis, Rachel Garcia, Louie Henderson, Frankie Ramey, and Emma Schumacher on their selection to Team Indiana. These athletes represented well, raced hard, and helped Team Indiana earn the Girls Championship, the Boys Runner-Up, and the combined Runner-Up! Congratulations to you all!  

Racing to lifetime best swims at the Central Zone Championship were: Dan Bennett (3), Jude Bragdon (3), Addison Carlile (1), Connor Carlile (4), Louie Henderson (3), and Emma Schumacher (2).

There is also a special shout out from the Central Zones meet. Congratulations to the FAST Central Zone Champion! Connor Carlile won the 200 IM and 400 IM, and was part of the Boys 13-14 400 Free A Relay!

What a weekend! We are so proud of your athletes for the efforts they put into this past weekend's Age Group Summer Divisional Championship and at the Central Zones 14 & Under Championship. Our Tiger Values were on display by this group of athletes and the coaching staff is very proud of how they handled themselves all weekend.
