Welcome to 2022-2023 Registration! 

Online registration is easy and will take 15-30 minutes, depending on whether you read registration materials in advance.               

Note: Once you begin registration, there is no option to save your work and return to it later.

Payment Options:

- Pay half the registration fee (for each swimmer) in August and the other half (for each swimmer) in January.  All other fees (Five Seasons Facility and Hospitality/Concession fees) are due in August. 


- Pay the full registration and fees in August.

Payment Methods:

You may pay the Registration Fees via:

- credit card - a service fee of $.30 plus 2.95% of the amount charged will be charged per transaction


- check made payable to "Hinsdale Swim Club" - your registration will not be complete until payment is received.  If you pay by check, you will still need to have a credit card on file/saved in your account.  To incur a lower service fee for charges such as meet fees, championship dinners, etc. you may prefer to also store an ACH Bank Account number.  If HSC receives a non-sufficient fund notice when processing your payment (check or bank withdrawal), your account will be charged $25. 


Note: For new HSC Families: You will be charged a $150 one-time Volunteer Deposit on or around October 1st.  This is refundable upon leaving the Club if all volunteer requirements have been fufilled in accordance with our Volunteer Policy.


Returning HSC swimmers should register into the practice group that your swimmer was previously in unless you received a roster placement email.  Choices are:





Squad 1

Squad 2

Squad 3

Senior 2

Senior 2 - High School Swimmer (only if your swimmer will swim for their high school team in the coming school year)

Senior 1 Advanced A & B

Senior 1 Select A & B

Senior 1 Elite A & B

Senior 1  - High School Swimmer (only if your swimmer will swim for their high school team in the coming school year)


The Coaches will assess the swimmers during the first couple weeks of practice to be sure they are in the appropriate practice groups. There may be swimmers that get moved into different practice groups during this time.  If your swimmer does get moved, you will receive an email from your coach.  Your account will then be adjusted for any additional fees at that time.

Registration fees are required to be paid in full, even if your swimmer does not complete the full season, and are nonrefundable.  As a reminder, fees for the upcoming season can be found by clicking here.

To Successfully Complete Online Registration:
*Read the Member Handbook, waivers, parent agreement, etc., in advance of registration 
*Know the name of your swimmer's practice group (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Squad 1, 2, or 3, Senior 2, Senior 1 Elite, Advanced, Select)
*Gather credit card or debit card for payment of fees for the full swim season 
*Gather health insurance information
*Gather household information (address, phone numbers, cell phone numbers)
*Gather emergency contact information (name and phone numbers)
