  1. "Couch to 5k" - 4 week program.  ANYONE can try this!  PARENTS TOO!!  It is not intimidating and a good build-up to a timed 5k run at the end of 4 weeks.
     
  2. Other Running Workout Ideas.  This includes 5-6 other running ideas instead of just going out and running.  For those that don't like just going for straight LONG runs - this might be for you.
