Dr. G is set to host ANOTHER ZOOM Presentation this SATURDAY, MAY 2 at 10 am. The presentation this week is "Butterfly Swimming Technique and Drills to Improve It" and will likely have some video and analysis of Michael Phelps who Dr. G helped on his quest to Olympic Gold. The World Famous Dr. Genadijus Sokolovas (Dr. G) is going to present "Freestyle Swimming Technique and Drills to Improve It" to the HSC swimmers and families on ZOOM this Saturday, April 25 at 10 am (see the ZOOM Meeting Information below). Dr. G is a world-renowned Physiologist that has spent many years studying the sport of swimming and athlete improvement in the sport. He has worked with many famous Olympians and World Champions, including the GOAT Michael Phelps who have the highest endorsements of him (see the photo of Dr.G and MP below). Dr. G has developed the GST Swim Power Test which measures instantaneous forces and velocities during swimming stroke cycles. This information can be invaluable to help improve your stroke techniques and swimming. Please don't miss Dr. G's presentations as we are VERY LUCKY to have him.
