Families wishing to withdraw from the team and be considered for a refund, as outlined below, must notify the Team Registrar, Min Li, at [email protected]

If written notice is submitted to the Registrar by May 1st, then a full refund of the CPSST fees will be issued. If written notice is submitted to the Registrar between May 2nd and June 1st, a full refund of the CPSST fees will be given if we are able to fill the roster spot of the swimmer dropping from the team. 

The Irvine Swim League fees of $60 will be refunded in full if the swimmer drops before June 1. ISL fees are non-refundable on/after June 1.

Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
