Welcome to our future Oak Creek Orcas Swimmers!

Here are the instructions on how to register for the 2023 Season.  ONLINE registration for new families will be on 3/20/23.   

HOW MANY SPOTS ARE OPEN ON THE TEAM?
The amount of open spots will be determined after returning registration is completed on 3/19/23.

WHO CAN REGISTER?
Children aged 5-18 (As of 6/1/23) living in Oak Creek.  Swimmers must reside in the Oak Creek community.

WHAT IS THE COST FOR EACH SWIMMER?
ORCAS Registration Fee - $260
Irvine Swim League (ISL) Registration Fee - $60

Team Swimsuits (required) and must be paid for during online registration, your registration will be canceled if the swimsuits are not added and paid for.

Jammer: $55

Girls swimsuit: $75

Boy's Brief: $45

Team swim caps are required for girls for our meets.  Optional for boys. Sold on Deck when the season starts.

Personalized Orcas swim caps - $40 (for a pack of two caps)

Non-personalized Orcas swim caps - $20/cap

Orcas Mesh bag: $40

Parent ORCAS team t-shirt: $15

Swimsuit sizing and pick up will be available on Friday April 21st at the Ravencreek Clubhouse between 4-6 PM. CAS will be present with fins, kick boards and goggles as well for purchase.

STEP 1: Read the the Oak Creek Swim Team Registration Policy

 

Step 2: 

  1. You must submit an online registration. 
  2. All payments must be completed online via either credit card or Zelle (FREE; use the following to send the money: [email protected] the name is Irvine Swim League, INC). 
  3. Families must order their swimsuits at the time of registration (pick any size for the suite, you will be able to change anytime later).
  4. We will have ORCAS Mesh bags for pick up on 4/22.  
  5.  Email the following to: [email protected]
  • Show guardian’s ID to cross reference with swimmer

Acceptable form of identification: 

  • A driver's license (any photo driver's license or California identification card is permitted)
  • A passport with photo

Any new swimmers are required to also upload the following:

  • A screen shot from the Aeries Parent Portal of the “Contacts” page for your swimmer to include:
  • Current  School year
  • School name
  • Swimmer/student name
  • Swimmer Date of Birth
  • Parent Information

 

OR if you are not enrolled in IUSD you will need the following for your new swimmer:

  • an original birth certificate or passport and a copy of the original birth certificate and passport to leave with the registrar.
  • Residency verification

Send any 2 of the following for residency verification (only these forms are acceptable): 

  • Current Electric Bill
  • Current Home Gas Bill
  • Current Cable Bill
  • Current Water Bill
  • Current Waste Management Bill 
  • Current Official Property Tax Forms
    The address to which these documents were mailed must match the address that is being used to establish residency.
  • Current Tax Correspondence
    The address to which these documents were mailed must match the address that is being used to establish residency.
  • Current Payroll Stub
    Both name and address must appear on payroll stub.
