We will accept a screen shot from the IUSD Parent Portal in lieu of multiple residency documents! See below for more details.

Priority Registration will start with online registration at www.oakcreekorcas.org
Username: Family email address used last year (Please DO NOT create a new Account)
Passcode: Enter your password. Forgot it? Click on Forgot Password to create a new password

- Choose your child’s t-shirt size.

- We will accept Zelle (FREE; use the following to send the money: [email protected] the name is Irvine Swim League, INC) and Checks (only if coordinated with Laura Anderson ([email protected]). Checks are made payable to Oak Creek Swim Team.
IMPORTANT:
- Your swimmers should be pre-loaded, however, if they are not you will need to add them.
- You MUST update your cell phone numbers and add them to the SMS field.
- Check that all your information is current.
Registrar will request the following for any new swimmers are required to provide a screen print of the Aeries portal page for IUSD showing the "contacts" page with the following information:
- Current school year, school name, student's name, student's DOB and parent information.
Or if not currently enrolled in IUSD then the following proof of age and residency are required:
- an original birth certificate or passport along with a copy for us to keep.

- Current Water Bill
- Current Waste Management Bill
- Current Official Property Tax Forms

Both name and address must appear on payroll stub.
NOTE:
Swimmers who would like to take a break during the Summer of 2023 will need to fill out a Leave of Absence form to secure their spot for the following season. All forms can be found under Registration > Forms to be completed. You can scan this and send it to [email protected].
VOLUNTEERS GET READY!!
Volunteer Sign-up will be available before the season starts
Log-In (if not already logged in)
Click on Volunteers > Volunteer sign-up>choose the Practice Meet > sign up for one job > choose other meets to have a minimum 14 points.
Please Note:
- You are required to earn a minimum of 14 volunteer points during the season
- Practice Meet volunteering is mandatory (1 shift per family)
Because of the failure of a few families to fulfill their volunteer obligations, we are forced to collect a volunteer deposit check upfront from each family. These checks will be shredded at the end of the season for the families that meet the 14 point minimum. Those that choose the buy out option at registration ($500) do not have to provide a volunteer deposit check.
In the event the family does not fulfill their volunteer requirements as outlined, the team will cash their deposit check and their swimmers will lose the privilege of priority registration for the following season.
If you are unsure about your ability to fulfill the volunteer requirement, please choose the volunteer buy out option.
YOUR REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL THE REGISTRAR RECEIVES YOUR VOLUNTEER DEPOSIT CHECK.
