Welcome to the Oak Creek Orcas Electronic Registration platform for our upcoming swim season!

New: payment options include: Checks (contact [email protected] for information), Credit Card, and Zelle. For Zelle use [email protected] and the name is Irvine Swim League, INC.  If you pay by credit card there will be a processing fee.  There are no fees if you use Zelle.

Returning Families Registration: ONLINE registration will open on March13th. 

New Families Registration:  ONLINE registration will open on March 20th (For this season we are ONLY able to accept Oak Creek HOA members who live in Oak Creek and pay Oak Creek HOA dues). 

2023 team swimsuits are required and need to be purchased during your online registration. 

• If you do not add a swimsuit we will have to cancel your registration and you will have to re-register.

The following is needed for New Families registration:

• *IUSD Aeries Portal Page - Student Contact Page (under demographics) showing the swimmers name, address, and birthdate.

OR 

• Passport or Drivers License
• Two *current* bills for residency verification
• Birth certificate or passport for all new swimmers
• Check or cash for payment if not paid online

*Please note the IUSD Aeries document provides the full and complete verification (no other documents required) and is the preferred document. Please send your documents to [email protected]

Swimsuit sizing and pick up will be available on Friday April 21 at the Ravencreek Clubhouse between 4-6 PM. CAS will be present with fins, kick boards and goggles as well.
