Park Paseo Meet Report – July 24, 2021 The Park Paseo Northstars hosted a dual meet against the Westpark Marlins this week. The meet got off to an exciting start for the home team, with the Northstars winning the medley relay in all six age groups. The 15-18 year old team of Tyler Lin, Sydney Lin, Andrew Teh, and Ethan Chen capped off the victories with a record-breaking performance. Park Paseo Meet Report – July 10, 2021 The Park Paseo Northstars held another intrasquad meet today after taking last weekend off for 4th of July. Andrew Teh improved upon his own record in the men’s 15-18 individual medley, coming in at 55.37 seconds. Time improvements were again the highlight of the meet, with swimmers improving in 156 races! It got off to an exciting start, with the 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, and 15-18 age groups all swimming the 200 medley relay in the same heat. Excitement was in the air as the Park Paseo Northstars held their first swim meet in 23 months. This year’s team boasts 129 swimmers, the most in over 20 years, including 49 new members. It was great to see all the kids giving it their all in the pool and to have so many families cheering them on from the deck.
