Residency Requirements to join the Summer Swim Team

  • Swimmer must be a Park Paseo resident, OR

  • Swimmer must be a qualifying non-resident.

Park Paseo Resident Swimmers:

Swimmers whose parents or grandparents live within the Park Paseo association boundaries (i.e.,  street addresses starting with Alameda, Alba East & West, Campanero East & West,  Christamon East & West, Delamesa East & West, Diamante, Eden, Ensuneo East & West, Entrada East & West, Fortuna East & West, Glorieta East & West, Kara East & West,  Lucero East & West, Ninos, Palmatum, Prosa.

The Park Paseo HOA will only allow families who are in good standing and current with their HOA dues to participate. The HOA will verify that all families’ payments are up to date and eligible.

Qualifying Nonresident Swimmers: 

Families who live outside Park Paseo Association boundaries are considered as Nonresident. Swimmers must be qualifying nonresident ($50/swimmers nonresident fee is applied for every swimmer, spaces are limited):

  • Attend Sierra Vista Middle School or Santiago Hills Elementary School, OR
  • Live between Culver/Irvine Blvd and Portola/Jeffrey

​​For non-residents, the HOA office will be vetting all non-residents to ensure they are in good standing with our Park Paseo HOA. You must designate a sponsor who resides in Park Paseo who will allow you access to the pool for practices, as you will not be receiving a key to the pool. Each Park Paseo resident can only sponsor one family.

Per HOA regulations, priority registration will be given to Park Paseo residents through April 30th.
