2023 Practice Schedule
Practices are held Monday thru Friday at the University High School pool (4771 Campus Dr, Irvine, CA 92612). You can attend as many or as few practices as you want but keep in mind the best way to improve your swim technique is to come and train with our coaches as much as possible.
Our practices are divided by age groups and will vary slightly mid season. The schedule is as follows:
weeks 1-2, 6/5 to 6/16
4:30-6:00 pm for ages 9 and up, 4:30-5:30 for ages 5-8
weeks 3-7, 6/19 to 7/21 5:15-6:45 pm for ages 9 and up, 5:15-6:15 for ages 5-8
weeks 8-10, 7/24 to 8/11
4:30-6:00 pm for ages 9 and up

4:30-5:30 for ages 5-8
Within each age group, coaches will group swimmers by ability to ensure that the swimmers are receiving the attention they deserve and instruction they need.
