2022 Fall/Winter Season Fee Breakdown -

$425.00/per swimmer if paid in full before the start of the season.
$500.00/per swimmer if a payment plan is utilized (this will consist of a down payment, and then an automatic monthly charge towards the balance. This transaction will take place on the first Friday of each month.
$25.00 concession fee per family (charged during registration).
$200 Volunteer fee - this will not be charged unless the volunteer commitment has not been made by the end of the season. Each family must work at least (4) swim meets to fulfill this commitment.
**A credit card MUST be on file with the team to make these charges.** We no longer accept cash or checks for any swimming fees. 
Please note that this is the first year that it will be YOUR responsibility to register your swimmer with USA Swimming. There will be an additional fee that will need to be made online before we are allowed to have your child swim with the team. This is the first year they are doing this, and the exact amount of this fee has not been established yet. We are thinking it will be around $80-90/per member. We will be getting a link to distribute to all our families on the team that will give you access to USA Swimming's portal in order to pay this fee. This is a mandatory step in order for any/all swimmers to participate in any age group swim club.
OFSA payments must be made in person on 8/31/22 at the in-person registration at the Oak Forest High School Pool. If you are not available to make that date, it is your responsibility to get in touch with a member of the OFSA Board to arrange for payment BEFORE the start of the season on 9/7/22. No swimmer will be allowed to start practicing with the team until payment has been received and processed.
