Andy Pedersen
Head Coach

I have been the Head Coach of SSC since 1994.  I am also the head coach of the HSE Boys and Girls High School Swim teams. My family and I reside in the Fishers community and SSC is a great part of our lives.

Ron Ross

I have been a member of the Board since 2014.  My wife, Renee, and I have two children – Kaitlyn (17) and Ian (13).  We became involved with SSC through the SSC Swim School.  Kaitlyn started swim lessons when she was 5.  Ian also went through the SSC Swim School and joined the Club when he was 6. He's now in Juniors.

In regards to my career, I am the Vice President of Engineering for Clinical Architecture LLC (BA in CS from Manchester University and MBA from University of Indianapolis).

I am involved in Head Table activities including helping at Super Splashes and co-Chairing Head Table for meets like Age Group State and the Summer Sizzler.  I am also an Administrative Official (via USA Swimming and Indiana Swimming).

Dan Johnson

I have served on the SSC board since the club was founded in 1989 and have held various positions throughout the years.  My wife Kaylee and I have 2 children. My son Luke is a recent graduate of HSE and will continue with the club as a Collegiate swimmer and my daughter Kenli competes in gymnastics.

Brian Kertin
Vice President

My family has been a part of Southeastern Swim Club since 2009, and my daughter Katelyn is a member of the Juniors practice group. I am currently a member of the Board of Directors and Vice President of the club. I believe that the Board has done a good job of shepherding the talent that we have among our members and directing the overall operations of the club. I appreciate SSC's athlete development philosophy; the genuine interest that the Coaches have in the ongoing development of SSC as a great club; and the active participation of parents in supporting our swimmers and hosting well-run meets. All of us value the friendships that we have developed with the SSC family over the years. I am hoping to receive your vote to be re-elected to the Board of Directors, and continue to move the club forward.

Drew Sellers
Member Relations

Our family joined the club in 2008.  We have one swimmer, Evan Sellers, who is now swimming with the senior group. In addition to having the opportunity to serve on the board starting in 2016, I am also a USA Swimming Administrative Official.  At any given meet or super splash, you will typically find me on deck working the head table. In addition to helping chair head table, I have served as the head of the technology committee, helping to guide and implement team investments to improve both on deck and spectator experience at meets.

When not at the pool I'm the Director of Engineering for a software company that provides Human Resources software for public schools. For the last 10 years, I have worked with school districts across the country helping to improve the quality of public education.

Judy Howser

The Howsers joined SSC in August of 2012. Our girls started in Flying Fish and have progressed through Stingrays, Sharks, Dolphins, Blue Runners, Barracudas and Intermediates, Juniors, and Seniors. Abi is 14 and in the Seniors Group. Ami is 12 and in the Junior Blues.

Jerry and I began our volunteering for SSC as Stroke and Turn Officials. After two years, I became a Starter and am now a Referee. Outside the pool I am an Audiologist providing hearing testing and hearing aids for our Veterans at my offices in Michigan, Missouri and here in Fishers.

SSC has been an integral part in the growth of my girls and our family. We’ve formed lasting friendships and relationships we cherish. We love being on deck getting to know other parents, swimmers, coaches and visiting clubs.

Matt Stolle

The Stolle Family joined SSC in 2011 and currently has three swimmers in the club. Anna swims with the Junior Group, Evan swims with the Stingray Group and my wife, Chrissy, swims with the Master’s Program. Much of my volunteer involvement for the club comes as a USA Swimming Official. Whether serving as a Meet Referee or helping out with a Super Splash, I’m most often found on deck.

When not on a pool deck, I’m working as a Senior Financial Advisor & Vice President with Merrill Lynch. I’ve been a competitive cyclist since age 14 and still enjoy the competition and advocacy within the sport. I currently sit on several non-profit boards including the Hamilton Southeastern Schools Foundation and the Rollfast Foundation.

It has been fun to watch our swimmers learn life skills and grow through the Southeastern Swim Club. I’m proud that our Club offers development programs for swimmers of all different skill levels.  There is always a plan and path that our coaches have to help the swimmer’s reach their goals.  I’m excited to watch SSC’s continued growth and looking forward to contributing new ideas to benefit both the swimmers and their families
