Director of 10&U Development

Heather Streett has been with Southeastern for over 25 years and has played a formative role in the development of countless state champions, All-Americans, team captains, and collegiate athletes. It often starts with Coach Heather - she is SSC's director of recruitment, has run the swim lesson program, and has been a summer league coach for almost 20 years. Come to the HSE high school end-of-year banquet and you'll hear senior speeches that look back to where it all began, with Coach Heather. (She probably took their senior photos, too!)

A graduate of Zionsville High School and DePauw University, Heather swam for 12 years and in high school was a three-year state meet qualifier. She loves swimming because it is such a great activity to strengthen the whole body, is a life-long activity, and makes you safer around the water. She also loves all the skills the sport teaches, including time management, goal-setting, developing great habits, handling adversity, team spirit, and lasting friendships.

She and her husband Kenny live in Fishers with their son, Keegan, and daughter, Harper. She loves photography, travel, and spending time with family and friends.

Jeanne Tracy

Sharks Head Coach (Advanced 10&U)

Sharks Head Coach

Go to a swim meet where Jeanne Tracy is coaching and you will have no doubts about her profound influence on young people- it is not uncommon for another coach or parent to excitedly introduce themselves as someone she guided years ago. Ask an SSC alum who their favorite coach was and no doubt you'll hear stories about Jeanne's Bagel challenges, Pyramid sets, or the famous Indy 500 challenge.

In a legendary coaching career spanning decades, Jeanne has shared her passion and energy with countless athletes, including too many state champions, high point award winners, 10&U team titles, and record holders to count. She is one of the most successful developmental coaches in the history of Indiana Swimming.

She began her swimming life as an eight-year-old in the New Jersey-Philadelphia area, ultimately achieving her personal goal of competing at Senior Nationals at age 18. Jeanne moved to Indiana to attend Anderson University and began there, coaching - and swimming - with age groupers there.

Through the years she has been a head coach for age group, summer league, middle school, and high school teams. She has coached all ages and ability levels but at all stops, the athletes she has worked with have enjoyed success. Her greatest talent is bringing out the best in others and helping young people believe they can do anything! It is just about impossible not to have fun swimming for Coach Jeanne. She has been with SSC since 2007 and recently retired from teaching physical education, most recently at Highland Junior High in Anderson.

Kylie is no stranger around the SSC pool! She began her swimming career here at SSC at the age of 6 and continued to swim at SSC until the summer before her senior year of college. She also swam at HSE high school from 2012-2016, helping bring home an IHSAA State Runner-Up team title her senior year! On the high school team, Kylie was a part of the Sectional and Girls School Record-setting 400 freestyle relay and was named a NISCA Academic All-American.

Following her high school swimming, Kylie went on to swim at Eastern Michigan University for 4 years. While swimming collegiately, she served as a team captain, competed at the MAC Championships, and earned Academic All-MAC Selection honors and varsity letters. She just recently graduated with a bachelor's degree in Elementary Special Education with an emphasis on cognitive impairments, and now she is back in Fishers, working as an exceptional learners teacher at HSE High School!

Over the summer, Kylie is a summer league coach with the Gray Eagle swim team and has been a head coach there for the past 6 years. She truly enjoys being around all of her swimmers each and every day while watching them improve and have fun! While not at the pool, she loves to be outside, hang out with friends and family as well as travel to Fripp Island, South Carolina for vacations whenever possible.

Kylie is thankful for all the memories she has made through swimming with SSC, HSE, and EMU and loves to see a new generation finding their love for the sport as well. She looks forward to being back with the SSC family and cannot wait to see what the future has in store!

Maegen Fleck

Flying Fish Coach (Beginner 10&U)

Flying Fish Coach

Maegen began her swimming career at the age of four in Hagåtña, Guam, for the Manhoben Swim Club, where she discovered her passion for swimming. After her family retired from the US Navy, they settled in with the Carmel Swim Club.

At 13, Maegen qualified for Junior Nationals, consistently placed top 8 in her events, and competed in three US Opens. As a Carmel High School swimmer, she was a 2000 Senior Captain, 12x IHSAA medalist, 2x IHSAA State Champion, and an Academic All-American. At 18, she would have competed in the 2000 Olympic Trials but missed her cut by .01. She went on to compete in the Big 12 at the University of Kansas while earning her Architectural degree. She tried to retire her cap and goggles, but that didn't work, and she joined the US Masters Swimming and still swims today.

As the mom of a Shark, MacKenzi, Maegen decided to become a registered USA Swimming Official so that she would not only not have to sit in the stands but so that she could continue to give back to the sport of swimming. Her greatest passion in swimming is to help each athlete reach their full potential and have fun along the way.

Maegen and her husband Austin live in Noblesville on their farm with their two kids, Reid and MacKenzi.
