Week 2, 3 & 4 Dryland (April 20-May 10)

Monday Cardio Get outside and play! 5-6PM
Wednesday Core 3 Rounds: 10 situps, 20 crunches,  30 Russian Twists, 20 Crunches,     10 Situps, 20 second plank hold at end of each round  
Friday Lower Body 4 Rounds: 20 Sumo Squats, 10 Lunges, 20 Streamline Squat Jumps, 10x1 Leg Squats, 20 Sumo Squats 1:30-2:30PM

Wednesday Core 3 Rounds: 10 jumping jacks, 20 pushups, 30 squats, 20 lunges,         10 sit ups, 40 second high knees      at end of each round 12-12:15PM
Friday Lower Body 4 Rounds: 20 jump squats, 20 seconds booty kickers in place, 20 jump squats, 30 seconds booty kickers in place, 20 streamline jump squats 1:30-2:30PM
