On Wednesday evening, Dec.6, 2017, at the Allan Jones Aquatics Center in Knoxville, TN, the 200 Medley Relay team made up of:  Krista Wheeler, Kaylee Wheeler, Kelly Tichenor, and Gabi Albiero, soared to the top of the podium.  This is Cardinal Aquatics 1st EVER relay WIN at Nationals!  To put an exclamation mark on it, they did it in record setting fashion!!!  The foursome broke the old record by .4sec bringing the new record to 1:38.48!   WAY TO GO, CARDS!!!!

Congratulations to Cardinal Aquatics Senior Coach, Chris Lindauer, for receiving the 2014 KY Senior Coach of the Year Award at the KY House of Delegates Oct. 11, 2014.  We are so proud of YOU!  We appreciate all you and Coach Chip do to encourage and challenge our highest level swimmers.  Keep up the fantastic work!  CARDINAL AQUATICS LOVES OUR COACHES!!!!

  Team: WOW!  I can't believe many of our kids went back to school today....TIME FLIES!  I hope all of you had some relaxing family time the last few weeks! I returned from Nationals (Irvine, CA) late Monday night, and have hit the ground running!  Although most of our swimmers have had a few weeks break already, there are a few that had the opportunity to swim at Zones, Junior Nationals, and Senior Nationals, so their season just ended. I couldn't be prouder of our Cardinal Aquatics swimmers!!  We ended...

  WOW!  What an amazing weekend we just had!  If I were any prouder of our 12&Unders there would be 2 of me!  We are so blessed to coach an AWESOME group of young people.  It is such a joy to watch the process...the daily grind of being a swimmer...and, witness the "fruit" of all their hard work!  What our children accomplished this weekend was a TEAM effort!!!  EVERY SWIMMER AT THE MEET SCORED FOR THE CARDS!!!  WE ROCKED THE HOUSE!!!   Attending swim camp is an excellent way to supplement your swimmers training.  It is not only LOTS of fun, but it is a great time to meet new swimmers and hear ideas from other coaches.  UofL has a few new camps this year... 3 day stroke specific camps!  The Cardinal Camp Staff will have Olympic Coach, Arthur Albiero, the UofL Staff and several Olympians AND Division I standouts teaching the camp....YOU JUST CAN'T BEAT IT!!!
