Tadpoles
- Goggles
- Swim cap (latex or silicon)
- Swim suit or jammers. Polyester or nylon suits will better endure the chlorine exposure of lots of practices.
- Shorty wetsuits. These are recommended for young Tadpole swimmers during winter months (especially if your child gets cold easily)
- Fins are optional. Some extras are available for swimmers to borrow at both pools
Equipment for All Training Groups
- Goggles
- Swim cap (latex or silicon)
- Competitive swim suit
- Second swimsuit for double-suiting for girls in practice
- Drag suit for boys in practice
- Strokemaker paddles (ask you coach for the appropriate size)
- Pull buoy (youth or adult)
- Snorkel (talk to your coach to see if it's appropriate for you)
- Ankle strap
- Finish Z2 fins (make sure you ask the coch for the correct size)
- Kickboard (any kickboard will do as long as it's not bigger than the swimmer)
- Equipment bags*. These are useful to toting your equipment, and may be found at most sporting goods stores or online.
