Parent Volunteer Requirements

In order to make our season run smoothly, we need the help of parent volunteers. Each season, we ask that you help us out in the following ways.

Parent volunteer requirements per season: 

-1 dual or intra-squad meet - any position

-1 championship or invitational meet - any position (if applicable to season and swimmer)

-1 social event such as a team banquet or pasta dinner - any position


Volunteer Positions: 

Home Dual Meets and Intra-Squad Meet: Timers x4, Event Starter, Finish Judge, Scorer x2, Gym Monitor x2, Swimmer Organizer x3

Away Dual Meet: Timer, Swimmer Organizer, depends on the requirements of the meet

Invitational/Championship Meets: Timer, Official*, Swimmer Organizer, depends on the requirements of the meet

Social Events: Set Up, Serving Food, Clean Up, depends on the event



To Sign Up to Volunteer:

Volunteer opportunities are posted on the team website under each event. 

  1. Sign in to your TeamUnify account
  2. Find the Meet/Event you would like to volunteer at
  3. Click the “Job Signup” button
  4. Click the box next to the position you would like to work
  5. Click the green “Signup” button and enter optional contact info 
  6. Finalize your sign up by clicking the gray “Signup” button on the contact info screen
  7. Confirm by finding your name next to the position you signed up for



Virtual officials training: Level 1 training is on Tuesday 9/27 6:30-8:30pm and Thursday 9/29 6:30-8:30pm.

If you follow the link, you will be able to create an account and sign up for the training.

The cost is $30, however, if you send the receipt to [email protected] you will get reimbursed.
