Eileen Bringman

Eileen was named Head Coach of Lakeshore Swim Club in December of 2019.  Before that, she served as Head Age Group Coach since 2013. Eileen began her coaching career assisting with the United States Naval Academy and Northwestern University swim camps in 2010. Upon returning to Cleveland, she spent 7 seasons as Head Coach of Fairview HIgh School. During her time there, she coached multiple school record holders, district and state qualifiers. Eileen has coached numerous Lake Erie District record holders, Zone qualifiers and champions, sectional and futures qualifiers. She was selected to serve as a Lake Erie Zones Coach in 2014 and 2018, and an Ohio All-Stars Mid States Coach in 2018. In 2019 she was named assistant coach for the Central Zone Select camp, for the top 13-15 year old swimmers in the zone, joining a staff of coaches from all over the country.  Eileen is currently the Senior Coach Representative for the Lake Erie District Board of Directors. She began swimming in high school for Fairview and joined LSSC shortly after. She continued her swim career at Cleveland State University and then Pacific University in Oregon.

Mike Larsen 

Mike joined Lakeshore Swim Club in October 2018 with a wealth of coaching experience.  Mike’s coaching career began in 2009 with Shaker Sharks Swim Club where he developed multiple team record holders and Central Zone Team qualifiers.  Mike would later join B3 Aquatics where he continued to develop Central Zone and Futures qualifiers.  After spending 3 seasons with the Lake Erie Silver Dolphins, Mike decided join Lake Shore to continue his coaching career and spend more time with his family.  Working primarily with the Discovery and Development practice groups, Mike enjoys the process of educating swimmers on the important technical aspects of swimming.  Mike lives in Fairview Park with his wife, Megan, their daughter, McKenna, and their dog, Finnegan.  When he is not coaching, Mike is an English teacher at Beaumont School in Cleveland Heights.  He enjoys taking Finnegan on runs in the Metroparks, reading, and attending Cleveland Indians games.

Melissa Coughlin

Melissa joins LSSC with a wealth of coaching experience and as a former LSSC swimmer! She has coached with Swim United, Strongsville High School, Gilmour High School and in 2019 was named Head Coach of Magnificat High School.

Chloe Hansen

Chloe began coaching with Lakeshore in 2018 working with the Explore, Discovery, and Development gorups. Chloe swam with Hurricane Swim Club out of Slidell, Louisiana, and then continued swimming with Lakeshore. She has a brother named Cash who also swims for Lakeshore. Chloe is a senior at Rocky River High School where she is part of the Drama Department. She plans on going into Musical Theatre and Theatre Education in college.
