What is the Georgia Swimming LSC?
LSCs, or Local Swimming Committees, are the 59 local governing bodies, responsible for organizing, supporting and governing USA Swimming's 2,800-plus swim clubs in their individual regions. Georgia Swimming's region covers all of the State of Georgia, and Chambers and Russell counties in the State of Alabama.

Georgia Swimming is also apart of the Southern Zone of USA Swimming. We are with the following LSC in the Southern Zone.

The Southern Zone is represented by the following LSC's:

Border, Florida Gold Coast, Florida, Georgia, Gulf, Kentucy, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, North Texas, South Texas, Southeastern, West Texas, and West Virginia

Mission “Georgia Swimming will increase opportunity, recognition and growth in competitive swimming. We believe that swimming provides life-changing experiences for young people.”

Vision “Strong clubs, successful athletes, supported by Georgia Swimming.”

Georgia Swimminng is led by both a permanent staff and a group of dedicated volunteers serving as the Board of Directors, Committee Chairs and Liasons to keep the LSC ranked among the best in the country.
