Open Water Zones will be held at 7 Lakes, North Carolina on June 2-4, 2023 Age Group Zones (now 11-14 swimmers only) will be held in Cary, North Carolina on July 25 - 30, 2023. 15-18 Year old swimmers were removed from the Age Group Meet at the House of Delegates meeting at the Southern Zone Meeting on 09.18.22.
