Boo Warm-Up Schedule

We are pushing back the afternoon session by 30 minutes, so it will start at 2:00 pm. Any volunteers please adjust your times accordingly.
We will also be utilizing flyover starts.
There will be a full menu for swimmers, parents and family.

Team Equipment Order Form - from D & J Sports

The D & J Sports BYNS team equipment order form can be found here.
Team suits are required for all dual meets, invitationals and USA-S A/BB/C meets.
D & J will be at the Y on Sunday, September 30, 5:30-7pm. They will have many cash and carry itemsavailable for purchase, as well as sizing samples for team suits, warm-ups & fins.
All orders are due to D&J Sports by 9/30/12.
A D & J Sports folder is available on the team table for those unable to attend on September 30th, to drop of your order form and payment to D & J.

2012-13 Navy Seals Swim Team and Registration Information

NAVY SEALS COMPETITIVE SWIM TEAM:
Ages: 6 to 18 years
Our highly successful winter swim team accommodates swimmers ages 6 to 18 and involves all ability levels. The 2012-2013 season begins: Seniors 9/11; Gold & Silver groups 9/16; Bronze, Navy, Teal and 8 & younger groups 9/23. Registration will be required for returning Navy Seals swimmers who have not registered in the year-round program on 9/12, 6-7:30 pm or 9/16, 5:30-7 p.m. Those who registered in our year-round program in May are not required to re-register. All swimmers must be registered before beginning practice.
New and prospective swimmers: An overview of our program will be given and questions will be answered by head coach, Linda Jones: experienced swimmers on 9/11, 6:30 p.m. and swimmers new to winter competitive swimming on 9/13, 6:30 p.m. Final registration and payment date for new swimmers will be 9/30, 5:30-7 p.m. All team members are required to have a YMCA Wellness membership. Team fee and a minimum of $25 per swimmer escrow deposit will be needed at registration.

REVISED-- Now accepting 11 and up!!! The Y will be hosting a limited closed Y meet the morning of June 22 to satisfy the eligibility requirements for Nationals of 3 closed Y meets. It is for any aged 11 and up. The invitation can be found here. It will take place morning of our USS meet instead of practice. Please keep checking website for warmup details.

Afternoon Session Warm-Ups - 11/12s, 13/14s, and Opens:
BOYS - 1:10 - 1:30 pm, lanes 6, 7, 8
GIRLS - 1:30 - 1:50 pm, lanes 1, 2, 3
Please arrive early, dress warmly, and bring lots of (healthy) food. Good luck and swim fast!
