SJAC Swim Team 2022/2023 Season

Swim Team Payment Information

Team dues: Swimmers on all the SJAC Swim Team (except for Platinum and Gold Select Elite) have the option of registering for the 9-month 'Sept through May' season or 'Year-Round' (September through August).  SJAC 'II' Teams (Silver II, Gold II, Gold Select II, and Senior II) also have the option to register for a single 12 Week Season (Fall, Winter, Spring, or Summer).  

Uniform:  SJAC uniform consists of (2) T-shirts, (2) Caps, and Team Suit. Platinum swimmers will also receive a team warm-up and team bag as part of their uniform fees. Uniform purchase is mandatory for all teams except the 12-week Seasonal II Teams.

Additional Fees

  • Each family will be required to maintain an NL Aquatic Center Family Membership while they are on the team. You can sign up for membership by CLICKING HERE. Please select ‘SJAC Family Membership (Single Child)' for families with 1 child; and ‘SJAC Family Membership (multi-child)' for families with 2 or more children.
  • Swimmers will be required to maintain a USA Swimming Registration. USA Swimming will open an online portal for registration on Sept 1st and SJAC will send it out to the team to complete.  YOU MAY NOT PARTICIPATE IN PRACTICES UNTIL THE USA SWIMMING REGISTRATION IS COMPLETE!
  • SJAC swim families will be required to complete volunteer hours set by the SJAC Parent Committee.  Incomplete hours are billed at $20/hr at the end of the season.  
  • A $15 service fee will be charged for any changes made after registration has been processed... i.e. changing groups, cancellations, refund by check, etc.

Payment Breakdown

All groups, except for the 12-Week Seasonal II groups, will have the option to 'Pay In Full' or spread their payments out over 9-Months. A $200 non-refundable deposit and the USA Swimming registration fee will be collected at the time of registration. This deposit will be deducted from the team/uniform dues and the balance will be invoiced in 9 equal payments each month from September – May.

Paid In Full - If you choose this option, you will be charged $200 non-refundable deposit at registration.  The balance will be due on Sept 1st along with your uniform fee.

12-week Seasonal - If you are registering for the SJAC II Seasonal teams, a $200 deposit will be charged at the time of registration.  The balance will be due on the 1st of the following month.  Seasonal swimmers are still required to be a member of NL Aquatics while on the team and must notify [email protected] 30 days prior to cancellation if they wish to cancel their membership.

12-Week Seasonal Add Ons - The following items are not included but may be purchased for an additional price

  • Uniform: $60 (for 2 caps, 2 shirts, and the team suit)

College Swimmers

SJAC College Swimmers who wish to swim with us will be charged $400 for the year to swim with the team during the summer and all holiday breaks.  All swimmers MUST be registered with USA Swimming and have completed the Athlete Protection Training (free of charge).  Contact [email protected] for the link to register with USA Swimming and attache to SJAC.  Please give us 3 weeks notice of cancellation or you will be charged until we are notified.  If you have questions, please contact [email protected]
