Because he always keeps the atmosphere lively, we like to call Bode I. Groh “Notorious B.I.G.” Always the last one out of the pool, one of the hardest working swimmers on the team, 11 years old and 4'8” tall, Bode never gives up. At USA Silver Championships, he swam a demanding schedule which included 6 individual events and 2 relays over just 2 days. This Trials/Finals meet in York, PA started early with warmup for Prelims at 6:30am and ended each night with the Top 16 swimming again at Finals...

It was very hard to select a Swimmer of the Meet for Divisionals since almost everyone had Personal Bests. An even more select few had improvements that were more than 4% lower than their Best. But Sofie Nguyen posted results of: 100 IM 1:31.68 (-6.11 seconds/6.25% Improvement), 50 Breast 46.55 (-1.85 seconds/3.82% Improvement), and 50 Fly 41.73 (-2.94 seconds/6.58% Improvement). Her performance combined with her consistently positive attitude and determination to better herself is why the Coaches recognized her as a standout. Sofie's wonderful personality also makes her a true...

7 year old Ryder Getz had a hat trick against Palmyra. He swam best times in all 3 individual events. Besting his 25 Free by 1.1 sec, 50 Free by 4.2 secs and 25 Back by 2.1 secs. Always with a smile, except when he has his game face on, Ryder's goal is to make it to All-Stars. We have all recognized Ryder's effort both in practice and meets and so it was our unanimous decision to select him as the Palmyra Dual - Swimmer of the Meet. Keep it...

Addison Buckman has a Goal this swim season of doing a best time every meet. So far she's met that Goal. She gives 110% effort in practice, always does exactly what is expected, listens to instruction and has a very positive attitude. Those are reasons enough to name her Swimmer of the Meet, but on top of that -- her times of 34.21 in 50 Fr and 39.51 in 50 Back at the Ephrata Dual Meet were a combined 6.2 seconds faster than her previous bests. Congratulations Addison, coaches have...

2 years ago Ryan Lee joined the team after moving to PA from Korea. He's moved through our program and is now training with an Advanced Red Practice Group. You could say that the IM is an event that identifies a swimmers overall skill. At the LPAC Dual Meet Ryan showed off his talent and hard work by dropping nearly 9 seconds in the 100 IM. He also put on a show in Breaststroke with great technique. For his efforts, he has been named the LPAC Dual - Swimmer of...

On December 22 we travelled 45 minutes to Annville, PA on a cold early wintery morning to swim the Lebanon Valley Otters. Vacations, trips and holiday events had left us without many on our roster. With a crew of only 78 swimmers, the prospect of remaining undefeated was a big challenge. Our High School athletes had just completed a hard week of training, morning practices, had competed in 5 HS Dual Meets in the 10 days before and were physically and mentally exhausted. But when we needed them most, they...
