Inclement Weather Procedures
Due to inclement weather we understand many of you will have concerns about the meet.
- Should we have to issue a delayed start or cancel the venue, the alert will be made by 4am Sunday morning.
- Alerts will be sent via email and text messaging. Visiting teams should check the Winter Carnival section of the ECCC website [ccerpants.com --> ECCC Hosted Meets].
- If you do not receive any alert about delays or cancellations, that means the venue is running on schedule. If there is no delay posted--reporting/session start times stand as published!
