Junior A1 Swimmers Dry Land Program

The coaches of JRA1 feel a dry land program is a good compliment to the swim practices offered. This is an optional, but, reccommended program that consists of mostly body weight exercises designed to target the general strength of the swimmer.

We reccommend that the swimmers do the routine 3 times per week at home.
