As we near the Championship meet... In one of the most exciting and certainly closest winter championship meets ever, in march of 1998 at Bowdoin College, after 3 ½ days of prelims and finals, LRSC edged CMA for the state title by 1-point, 3480-3479!

In Tampa today, Keegan McKenney (CMA) swam a time of 1:50.07 in the 200 Fly! This time breaks the 17-18 and Open records of 1:50.79 set by Won Ho Chang (LRSC) back in 2009! Congratulations!

At the Eastern Zone Sectional Meet, Audrey Cohen (SMAC) set a new 15-16 100 breaststroke record! Audrey's time of 1:04.21 broke Laura Flewelling's (CMA) record of 1:04.37 set in 2009! Congratulations!

Maines first official multi team winter championships were held March 17, 1961. The girls meet was held at Portland Boys Club and boys at Bowdoin College Results are unknown at this time. If anyone has any more details please forward to the office!!

Today at the American Spring Classic Meet in Tampa, Keegan McKenney (CMA) broke the 17-18 and Open 400 IM Records! Keegan swam a time of 4:01.38 breaking the 17-18 record of 4:03.44 set by Owen McLaughlin (SMAC) in 2019 and the Open record of 4:01.52 set by Arthur Conover (MMD) in 2013! Keegan will get another shot at the records tonight!
