Hi NAC Clinic Families, What a great first week of spring clinic! It was awesome to see how welcoming our current swimmers were to some new faces. We’re excited to take the time to reset strokes over the next few weeks and help those of you competing this summer prep for summer league! Great job to all of the new families who came (mostly) prepared with equipment! As a reminder, swimmers cannot fully participate in practice without all equipment—please try to grab spares from the small swim team office before...

Dear NAC Swimming Families, We made it!! Congratulations on an incredible season. The swimmers far exceeded any expectations I had for such a young team, and I am truly grateful to have worked with such amazing kids and families. Thank you to our dedicated staff and all of the families who have spent countless hours driving to practices and meets and supporting the kids!! The last 5 days have been among the craziest days I’ve ever had in my coaching career, so if you have emailed me and I haven’t...

Hi NAC Swimming Families, Please see attached for our Spring Clinic 2022 information! I am going to open commitment on Team Unify tonight. We will begin accepting registration forms on Tuesday, March 1. The schedule is similar to the winter one with slightly lower commitment (dropped practice for Seniors, Juniors, and AG3). Like last year, we are offering two tracks for family flexibility and swimmers playing spring sports. Track preference will be first come, first serve. Except in extreme cases, placement for spring clinic will be the same as your...

Hi NAC Swimming Families, Happy Valentine’s Day!! Apologies for not getting this out last night– it was an exceptionally long weekend for many of our families and our coaching staff, and we figured those families not driving home from the meet were watching the Super Bowl anyway. :) I know everyone is tired, but practice is ON for tonight as scheduled. We are going to cancel next week (Presidents’ Day) so I didn’t want to miss two Mondays in a row. It’s also a great idea to get in and...

Please only sign up for finals sessions if you have a swimmer likely to make finals (top 8 11-12 or top 16 13-14 and 15-18).
