Volunteer Responsibilities
- Each family is asked to volunteer in at least three (3) scheduled (home or away) swim meets in which their child is swimming or one (1) scheduled dive meet (home) in which their child is diving, in addition to the Silver Championships or when OJRAC hosts a swim or dive championship.
- Each family is required to contribute/donate one (1) food/beverage item per swimmer/diver for each home meet and/or any home championship.
- Each family is expected to help during time trials and the red & white intrasquad meet.
- A bond check in the amount of $100 will be collected from each member before the first swim meet. Once all the volunteer requirements have been met, your check will be destroyed. In the event you are unable to meet the volunteer requirements we will deposit your bond check. We reserve the right to place an assessment on the account in the event that the bond check is not received.
Our club is run solely on volunteers alone and we would not have a season without your help. We want to thank everyone in advance for volunteering their time.
