Payment Policies

All registration and payment is completed online prior to the start of lessons.

There is a $20 annual registration fee and you must purchase a $20 USA Swimming Flex membership, which covers the cost of insurance for your swimmer and allows for up to two USA Swimming sanctioned meets per membership year, a welcome edition of Splash Magazine. If your child were to pass our 4 levels and wish to become a member of the swim team, it would include the credit of your Flex membership towards a USA Swimming year-round membership.

Class Changes/Withdrawals:                                                                                         

We reserve the right to combine/change classes if they do not fill. Prior to the start of lessons: Lessons may be rescheduled, if openings are available. Complete withdrawal - full refund minus the registration fee.

After the start of lessons: Lesson times may be rescheduled in same session only, if available. Complete withdrawal - refunds cannot be provided. Refunds cannot be provided if you place your swimmer in the wrong group, but we will attempt to find an open slot in the correct level.

To avoid any errors, please make sure to read our Level Placement section.  If you are unsure about placement, an evaluation is best or err on the side of caution and go with the lower level or email us with any questions.

Make-Ups:                                                                                                                           

PSC does not offer make-ups or refunds for missed classes; only those cancelled by PSC.  If we must cancel lessons, a make-up lesson will be scheduled.

Due to limited pool and instructor availability, unfortunately we are NOT able to offer make-ups for Group or Private Lessons. Please ensure your student can make the dates you've registered for.
