National Age Group Motivational Times - These are time standards (B, BB, A, AA, etc.) that are excellent for setting goals for swimmers. The time standards included are for all of the events for each age group, gender, and course (LCM, SCY, SCM)
Athlete Protection Training for Adult Athletes - All adult swimmers are required to complete USA Swimming's Athlete Protection Training within 30 days of their 18th birthday to be eligible to practice and compete.
Middle Atlantic Swimming
This is the Local Swimming Committee (LSC) of USA Swimming that PWAC belongs to. USA Swimming currently has 59 LSCs nationwide.
