The GPAC Stroke School was started in 2010 to give swimmers the opportunity to gain more stroke and technique instruction beyond what they get with their regular practice group/teams.  Each month Professor Gordon Thomas conducts the stroke school to help both GPAC and non-GPAC swimmers improve technically as swimmers.

The stroke school is offered in September, October, November, April, and May.  It is open to both GPAC and non-GPAC members.  The instructors will go over each competitive stroke during the course of each session.  Swimmers must have current or previous swim team experience in order to join the GPAC Stroke School.  Swimmers who have no previous swim team experience should inquire about the GPAC Swim School for further swimming instruction.

Future Stroke School Dates:
April and May 2011: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:45-6:45pm.  Cost: $50 per swimmer.

SPACE IS VERY LIMITED!  We only accept a small number of swimmers into the stroke school to keep a productive learning environment.
