Coaching Update

WESTTOWN AQUATIC CLUB

Dear Families,

Westtown Aquatic Club is delighted to announce the hiring of JJ Rudisill as Director of Aquatics & Head Coach. JJ has proved himself to be one of the most exciting and caring coaches in this area, and he stood out amongst an attractive pool of candidates.

We are incredibly excited to have JJ at the club in this capacity and look forward to the continued growth and excellence under JJ's leadership.

Given the expedited nature of this search, I was unable to get JJ and the other candidates in front of families and swimmers in a Q&A format. Rest assured, I had many conversations through this interview process with candidate's current and former swim families, current and former swimmers, current and former direct reports, and current and former supervisors.

I feel incredibly fortunate to have JJ at Westtown and I am excited to see his impact on the club and our swimmers. JJ officially starts on Monday, January 30, 2023, but he will be on deck at this morning's practices to introduce himself and get acquainted with the team.
