T1: Primarily for swimmers ages 6-8. This training group places emphasis on technical development of swimmers and introduces them to competition and sportsmanship in a fun environment! Minimum of 2 out of 3 practices attended per week.

Prerequisites:

  • Can swim an entire 25 yards of Freestyle(non-stop)
  • Legal or good understanding of all 4 Strokes
  • Will compete regularly in SAL meets

 

T2: Primarily for swimmers ages 9-12. Swimmers in T2 will continue with an emphasis on swimming with proper technique and begin an introduction into strength and endurance styled training. Swimmers are expected to attend a minimum of 3 out of 4 practices per week. USA swimming is recommended but not required.

 

Prerequisites:

  • Able to complete group test sets
  • Goals of attending the fastest possible meet at the end of the season
  • Will compete regularly in meets (SAL and/or USA)
  • Listens and applies coaches directions 

 

T3: Primarily for swimmers ages 11-14. Athletes who reach this level demonstrate their knowledge of the 4 competitive strokes. Recommended attendance of 4 out of 6 practices per week. USA swimming required.

Prerequisites:

  • Able to complete group test sets
  • Will compete in SAL and USA meets
  • Recommended attendance of 70% or higher (Goals must align with commitments)
  • Goals of attending the fastest possible meet at the end of the season
  • Shows leadership skills in and out of the pool, positive attitude, and an elite work ethic

 

T4: Primarily for swimmers ages 13&Over. T4 is the most advanced training group. Swimmers are expected to have goals of competing in the highest levels of competition (Senior Champs, Futures, Jr Nationals, Nationals, Pro Series, Olympic Trials). Swimmers are expected to attend 6 out of 8 practices per week. USA swimming is required.

Prerequisites:

  • Able to complete group test sets
  • Attends and follows group dryland training
  • Will compete in SAL and USA meets
  • Recommended attendance of 75% or higher (Goals must align with commitments) 
  • Goals of attending the fastest possible meet at end of the season
  • Shows leadership skills in and out of the pool, positive attitude, and an elite work ethic
