Gold I: This group is for swimmers who are aged 10-14 and will be regularly competing at meets and attending all USA Swimming Camps and select teams they qualify for. Swimmers in this group should be achieving “AAAA-AA” time standards. Swimmers in this group should be able to complete the following sets:

10x100 freestyle @ 1:20

10x50 freestyle or backstroke kick @ :50

10x100 IM @ 1:30

Gold II: This group is for swimmers who are aged 10-14 and will be regularly competing at meets and attending all USA Swimming Camps and select teams they qualify for. Swimmers in this group should be achieving “AA-A” time standards. Swimmers in this group should be able to complete the following sets:

10x100 freestyle @ 1:30

10x50 freestyle or backstroke kick @ :55

10x100 IM @ 1:40
