Welcome to the Arena Club Aquatics Electronic Registration platform for our upcoming swim season! We are pleased to offer electronic payment processing and registration. The process is simple for both new and returning members. You'll get access to your own private account that will enable you easily declare for swim meets, sign-up for jobs, maintain your own contact information, and more.

Registration DATES:

Returning ACA Swimmers -- OPENS --> Monday, 8/1/2022

New ACA Swimmers -- OPENS –> Monday, 8/8/2022

Registration Process:

STEP 1 – complete this registration and pay the registration fee ($125)

STEP 2 -- AFTER you receive an email indicating that the Arena Club Front Desk has your paperwork, THEN visit the Front Desk at Arena Club regarding the ACA Swim Team Fees.  You have the option to pay in full or set up monthly payments.

Fees:

Registration Fee:   $125

This holds your spot on the Arena Club Aquatics swim team

This fee covers the MD swimming portion of the USA Swimming fee, 2 team t-shirts, a swim cap, end of season banquet, to name a few…

ACA Swim Team Monthly Fees:  paid directly to the Arena Club

Monthly fees vary, depending on the different swim practice group

Arena Club Membership Options:

Arena Club Members – receive a discounted swim team fee

 Non-members – do NOT receive the discounted swim team fee

USA Swimming Registration Fee:   $68

Each parent will need to Register their swimmer with USA Swimming.  Or, if the swimmer is a returning swimmer, the parent will need to RENEW the Registration of their swimmer with USA Swimming.

Each parent will need to pay this fee DIRECTLY to USA Swimming.

(Note:  In the past, ACA/MD Swimming Registered swimmers with USA Swimming.)

Practice Groups:

Coach Brad will determine the placement groups. 

Note: 

Some groups have various options.  These options include:

11-month swim team (September 2022 – July 2023)

9-month swim team (September 2022 – May 2023)

5 days per week practice

3 days per week practice

OTHER INFORMATION:

ACA Registration - ACA has reduced this season's Registration to $125.  This is because swimmer's will need to register DIRECTLY with USA Swimming and pay the USA Swimming Membership ($68) directly to USA Swimming.

USA Swimming Registration/Membership - Starting this seasion, parents will need to Register their swimmer(s) directly with USA Swimming and pay the USA Swimming Membership ($68) directly to USA Swimming. (MORE INFO TO COME...)

NEW MEMBERSHIP - This will be in September.  More info to come...

RENEWING MEMBERSHIP - This will be in October.  More info to come...

LSC Registration (MD Swimming Registration/Membership) - ACA will pay this membership directly to MD Swimming.  This is what part of your ACA Registration Fee covers.

T-shirts - Each swimmer will receive 2 Team Shirts

Caps - Each swimmer will receive a team swim cap

Personalized Swim Caps - Orders will be taken (9/1 - 9/15/2022) -- More info to come

Team Suits - Suit "Try-on" and orders will be taken (9/1 - 9/15/2022) -- More info to come
