Ryan Akhavan, "Make alot of friends in your SPY group because you will be around them for hours every day!"

 Annie Myers, "Be nice, and be yourself, because it's not very often that you'll find a group of people like your swimming family. You don't get to pick your actual family, but you do get to pick your second family and you can't pick a better group of people than SPY :-)".
