Coach Carol

Coach Carol has been with ATAC for 4 years but came to us with 27 years of coaching experience.  During those 27 years she coached swimming for 13 years, along with coaching Track & Field and Cross-country for 23 years.  She is a member of the New Hampshire Coaches Hall of fame.  Over the last 20 years she has also found time to become a triathlete and competed professionally for 10 years.  Currently she is an All-American amateur triathlete and is currently the 5 time Age Group National Champion (2011-2019).

Over her extensive career she has worked with U.S. Olympic Cycling, running coaches, and sports psychologists.  She has been invited multiple times to be a motivational speaker to both youth and adult programs.  Coach Carol has also taught informational clinics on subjects such as: athletic training, sport psychology, and nutrition to both youth and adults.

Coach Carol holds a Masters of Science in sport psychology & sociology and geochemistry.  Along with a Bachelors of Science exercise science & chemistry.  She taught at the secondary level for 12 years and served as a high school athletic director for 7 years.  In addition to this, she has also fulfilled the professional positions of: NHIAA Sportsmanship Committee, US Professional Triathlon Commission (President), and the Pan American Games US Olympic Committee Task Force.

Coach Katie

Coach Katie has been with ATAC for 2 years.  Katie joins ATAC with years of experience as a competitive swimmer in both the age group and high school levels.  She has been teaching new swimmers how to swim through Swim America swim lessons and private lessons for over 3 years.  Working with new swimmers is a passion of hers and one she excels at.  Currently Katie has three children who have been swimming with ATAC for almost 4 years.
