Waves Families,

We have put together a list of resources for you and your swimmers to use below.  These can be used for those who want to learn more about the sport, do some extra work outside of the pool and to stay engaged with the team.  We will continue to update the resources listed and welcome any suggestions. Please contact your swimmer’s coach if you have questions and go Waves!

Samantha Livingstone:  Former Olympic swimmer who now works to help athletes navigate the ups and downs of athletics.  I went through one of her free online courses and it was very helpful.
