Welcome to the Liquid Lightning Electronic Registration platform for our upcoming swim season! We are pleased to offer electronic payment processing and registration. The process is simple for both new and returning members. You'll get access to your own private account that will enable you easily declare for swim meets, sign-up for jobs, see your children's swim times histories, maintain your own contact information and more.

There will be a 1 time annual registration fee paid upon registration.  The fee includes: 1 tshirt, 2 caps (with last name, if registered by the 2nd week of September), USA Registration Fee, concession fees and administrative costs.  If you swim during the short course season (Fall/Winter), you will not have to pay the registration fee for long course.

Monthly dues will be billed the 1st of every month. If your swimmer is no longer swimming, notification must be made in writting to [email protected] by at least the 15th of the month prior to be removed from automatic billing. If you opt out, your account will be suspended. Your swimmer will not be able to particpate in meets, or sign up for meets during that time period.  In order to opt out, it must be for a minimum of two months.

Sibling discounts will be applied to the monthly billing at 10% per additional swimmer. Discounts do not apply to the registration fee.

Additional fees may include: Meet fees, billed per event your swimmer is entered in and any missed volunteer sessions, billed at $100 per session missed.

The registration fee for Long Course season is $100.00.  The monthly fees are the same.

If your swimmer swims both Short Course and Long Course sessions, you will continue to be billed monthly through Long Course.  If your swimmer swam Short Course and will NOT be swimming Long Course, you must opt out by March 15th by sending an email to [email protected]

Dues will be billed to your account on the 1st of the month, September  - July. If you register on September 1st or later your account will be charged immediately for the first month dues. 

 

High School Boys (Fall Reg Only)

The annual registration fee is due upon registration and accounts will be billed September - November and March-July.  This will also allow you to participate in meets during your High School season.  A state qualification is eligible for a $60.00 credit but must be recieved in writing to [email protected]

High School Girls (Fall Reg only)

The annual registration fee is due upon registration.  It is recommended that you register in August to secure your spot and allow you to swim in meets.  Accounts will be billed November - July. A state qualification is eligible for a $60.00 credit but must be recieved in writing to [email protected]

Volunteer Commitments - Each family is responsible to work six (6) sessions for our team hosted meets each year. Three (3) sessions are required between Back to Pool and Guppy Bowl. Three (3) additional sessions are required for the regional meet (Date tbd per Michigan Swimming, although it is typically early-mid March). These meets are our club's largest fundraiser. The penalty for unworked sessions is $100.00 per session.

March (TBD): Regional Championship Meet

After you register your child, please click on "Setup Auto Pay" and follow the instructions. This is how Liquid Lightning will collect payment for any fees (i.e., swim caps) and any meets that you choose to have your child swim.  Meet fees will be charged when the meet entries are submitted to the meet host team.
