New registration applications for athletes, non-athletes and clubs for the 2020-21 season can now be found under the Members tab.
 
 
Resources from the Office

  • ATHLETE CARDS:  Athlete cards are no longer furnished.  Your registration information is available on DECKPASS.

  • ATHLETES ON ONE TEAM WHO COACH ON ANOTHER TEAM:  Sometimes an athlete who enters meets with one club wants to coach for a different club.  It is permissible within the rules of USA Swimming to do this but it requires a special set-up in SWIMS.  Check with the registrar if you have this situation with any of your club coaches.

  • ATHLETE IDs STARTING WITH '9':  Some of you may have noted that a meet recon has been done and returned it to your club asking that you redo the athlete ID because it begins with a '9'.  These IDs were generated by Team Unify during attempts to resolve a software issue with USA Swimming.  Please review IDs for your athletes if you are using TU and rebuild any of those that begin with '9'.

  • NEW REGISTRATION PROCESS FOR TEAMUNIFY USERS  If your team uses TU, there is new registrstion process.  You will now upload your registration files into SWIMS right from TU.  You will need to know your club Portal Password.  If you do not have that, please email the registrar for that information. 

  • NEW SHORTCUT LINK FOR FOUNDATIONS OF COACHING on the USA Swimming website is www.usaswimming.org/FOC
